CD Jewel Case

The style of music I drew out of the container was rock. Rock music originated in the 1950's in America. It is influenced by rhythm, blues, and country music. Rock music consists of an electric guitar, bass guitar, and a set of drums. There are many types of rock music including progressive rock, roots rock, psychedelic rock, folk rock, blues rock, and many more. An example of a real rock group is the Rolling Stones. Two of there songs are Paint It Black and Goats Head Soup. Another example is Pink Floyd. Two are their songs are The Wall and Comfortably Numb.
 Front Cover
I had a hard time taking pictures of me and capturing what paranoid looks like.
Inside Cover
I ended up making my own crown instead of buying one. I do not like how noisy the pictures turned out. They are noisy because I took them in a dark room.

Back Cover
I liked doing the back cover because I got to come up with all the text. This assignment would have been better if I got to choose what style of music to do.

Just Some Few Extra Shots

I took this photo for the alphabet project, but ended up really liking it!!

This was another good picture from the arboretum trip!

This picture I took in my back yard. I like how after you look at the leaves in the front of the picture your eyes move to the back and realize there is a horse in it.

Alphabet

This is my alphabet minus the Z. I thought this was an interesting project. It never occurred to me how many things actually look like letters.

Arboretum Trip

 Umbrella
I like this picture because if you look closely there is a pattern with the umbrellas. I turned this photo to black and white because there was barely any color in the photo.
Texture
This is my favorite picture of the whole day. I like this picture because of the lighting, how you can see everything in the leaf and how it fills the frame.

Shadow on the Flower
I like this picture because there is a different color besides brown and green in the photo. I dislike this picture because of the shadow on the flow. I believe it would have turned out better without the shadow.

Reflection
I like this picture because not only is it a cool reflection in the water but it is also framed by the bank. I boosted the blues in this photo to help bring out the shadows in the water. I dislike this photo because there was too much light in the upper right corner so I had to crop it.

Bug on the Flower
I like this picture because of the bug on the flower. When I was taking the picture I didn't know there was a bug on it until I started to edit them. I dislike this photo because I could have gotten a better shot of the flower.

One Subject - Fishing!

Fishing

For the one subject assignment, I did mine on fishing. There is always something crazy that happens while I fish. During this particular day, my line was snagged for about 20 minutes and I thought I felt something on the end of it. I let my line just sit there a while because some fish will take your line and hide under rocks with it. Well, finally I jerked it enough after waiting for forever and the line came loose. While I was bringing my line in I thought I had lost what ever was on the end of it. Come to find out I did actually catch something, it was a mudpuppy! Also, we caught a baby snake.

Cats!

Chow Time
I love how the cat has drool on his chin! I took these pictures just for fun and decided to upload them.

Sun Bathing
I like how there is one ray of sunshine on the cat. Also, I like how the ray of sunshine is the same color of the cat.

Trying to Lick the Camera
I thought this picture was weird at first, but the more I look at it the more I like it. I wish I would have got the cats tongue out in the shot.

Shadows

Red Barn
I like how in the picture the shadow is not in a line. I also like how there are so many shades of red in the picture.

I like this picture because I got to make my own shadow. I do not like this picture because of the bun on top of my head. Also I like the colors in the wood.

Fun on a Hill
This was a fun picture to shoot because I made Zach come out and take pictures with me. I like making shadows because you can make them look goofy. I dislike the picture because of all the junk in the background.

Abandoned

I like how the blues in this picture pop out. This is a picture of a metal chair that is
sitting out in the middle of the woods. I also like how there is one focus point in
this photo.

Old Door
I really like how there are so many colors in this picture.  I should
have focussed more on the door.

Old Wood
I like how many reds are in the photo and also how it starts
to fade out. While the picture is fading out I like how it
turns to the wood being grey.

Pealing Paint
I turned this picture to black and white because it looked
better. Turning it black and white helped pop out where the
paint is pealing.

Multi view

JEEP!
I took pictures of the jeep for the multi view project. I like how many colors I have added in it. Also I like how you can see the word jeep in the middle of the picture. I dislike the fact that I could have made the word jeep pop out more.

Typical Day

Typical Me
This is my typical day. It always consists of driving and being on ambulance call. I drive at least an hour each day. Mondays and Wednesdays I drive about four hours. Along with driving for four hours on Mondays and Wednesdays, I am in school from 8AM to 10PM. I eat toaster Strudels every day. Besides driving and being in school all day I am taking care of my three pets Silver, Diesel, and Breezy. The spare time that I do have I am usually working at Shopko. That is my typical day.

Warmth

Tapping Trees
I took this picture for the warmth assignment. When the weather starts to get warm that means its time to make maple syrup. I like this picture because on most trees in the woods we still use buckets. I dislike this picture because of the snow that is still in the background.

Foam
I like this picture because most people don't know how maple syrup is cooked. Cooking the maple syrup is my favorite part because I get to stand around the fire. I dislike this photo because of the steam I can see in it.

 Steam
Unlike the picture above this one, I was actually trying to take a picture of the steam. I like this picture because of the foggy effect the steam gives off. I dislike this picture because of the angle I took it at. I enjoy looking at this picture because I can "smell" the maple syrup just by looking at the steam.

Animal Morph

Crazy Cat
This was a fun project to do. I should have fixed the cats right eye to make it look like the left eye.

Skating Re-edits

Before

After
I cropped the bot that was standing with his back facing the camera out because he was too distracting.

Before

After
I went into photoshop elements and converted this picture to black and white instead of using ipohoto. I did this because it got rid of the nasty brown looking color.

Before

After
I converted this to black and white because it appeared to be the only way I could get the girl's face to brighten up.

Skating

Main subject in this photo is the boy who looks unsteady. The secondary subject is his friends that are sitting. I like this photo because it shows emotion throughout the kids whole body. I dislike this photo because of the boy who is just standing there showing no emotion.

The main subject in this photo is the girl that is looking away. The secondary subject is the girl who is blurry. I dislike this photo because you can barely see the girls face.

The main subject in the photo is the boy. The secondary subject is the person right behind him. I like this photo because the boy appears to be looking at the camera.

The main subject in this photo is the girl. The secondary subject is the skates. I like this photo because of the lighting in the background.

The main subject in this photo is the girl. The secondary subject is the lighting. I like this photo because of the lighting. I dislike this photo because parts of it are blurry.

The main subject is the girl. The secondary subject is her skates. I like this photo because it shows her emotions well. I dislike this photo because of the girls standing behind her.

Silver

Snow White
I absolutely love this picture of my horse. It's almost as he knew I was taking a picture so he posed! The main subject in this photograph is the horse. The second subject is the snow on the trees. I love how white this picture is!

Lines in Nature

Branches
I took this photo because not all lines are straight. This picture shows a good example of that. The main subject in this photo is the tree branches. The secondary subject is the snow resting on the branches. I like this photo because of the angle I shot it at. I took this picture looking upwards at the sky.

Exposed
I like how the snow in this picture makes the branches pop out. This is another example of how lines in nature are not always straight. When we think of lines, we automatically think of lines being straight. In many cases lines are not always straight. The first subject is the tree branches. The secondary subject is the snow outlining the branches.

Something White
The main subject in this photo is the horse. The secondary subject is the trees in the background. Although there are many lines in this picture, this is an example of vertical lines. I mainly took this photo because of how the trees popped out.

Replace A Sky

Sky
This is for the replace a sky assignment. I do not like how it turned out. Personally, I did not have very good pictures for this project and I found this hard to do with the trees in the background. I do like the concept of how the replace a sky is supposed to work.

Grey

Rolling in the Snow
I took some extra pictures just for fun. I love how the cat is positioned in this photo. Also I like the white background of snow.

Meow
I like this photo because the cat looks serious. Also I like the fence that is behind the cat.

Old Barn
I like how the sky adds drama to this picture. I like this picture because not all photographs are pretty and this one does not give off a pretty feeling.
