Just Some Few Extra Shots

I took this photo for the alphabet project, but ended up really liking it!!

This was another good picture from the arboretum trip!

This picture I took in my back yard. I like how after you look at the leaves in the front of the picture your eyes move to the back and realize there is a horse in it.

Alphabet

This is my alphabet minus the Z. I thought this was an interesting project. It never occurred to me how many things actually look like letters.

Arboretum Trip

 Umbrella
I like this picture because if you look closely there is a pattern with the umbrellas. I turned this photo to black and white because there was barely any color in the photo.
Texture
This is my favorite picture of the whole day. I like this picture because of the lighting, how you can see everything in the leaf and how it fills the frame.

Shadow on the Flower
I like this picture because there is a different color besides brown and green in the photo. I dislike this picture because of the shadow on the flow. I believe it would have turned out better without the shadow.

Reflection
I like this picture because not only is it a cool reflection in the water but it is also framed by the bank. I boosted the blues in this photo to help bring out the shadows in the water. I dislike this photo because there was too much light in the upper right corner so I had to crop it.

Bug on the Flower
I like this picture because of the bug on the flower. When I was taking the picture I didn't know there was a bug on it until I started to edit them. I dislike this photo because I could have gotten a better shot of the flower.

One Subject - Fishing!

Fishing

For the one subject assignment, I did mine on fishing. There is always something crazy that happens while I fish. During this particular day, my line was snagged for about 20 minutes and I thought I felt something on the end of it. I let my line just sit there a while because some fish will take your line and hide under rocks with it. Well, finally I jerked it enough after waiting for forever and the line came loose. While I was bringing my line in I thought I had lost what ever was on the end of it. Come to find out I did actually catch something, it was a mudpuppy! Also, we caught a baby snake.

Cats!

Chow Time
I love how the cat has drool on his chin! I took these pictures just for fun and decided to upload them.

Sun Bathing
I like how there is one ray of sunshine on the cat. Also, I like how the ray of sunshine is the same color of the cat.

Trying to Lick the Camera
I thought this picture was weird at first, but the more I look at it the more I like it. I wish I would have got the cats tongue out in the shot.

Shadows

Red Barn
I like how in the picture the shadow is not in a line. I also like how there are so many shades of red in the picture.

I like this picture because I got to make my own shadow. I do not like this picture because of the bun on top of my head. Also I like the colors in the wood.

Fun on a Hill
This was a fun picture to shoot because I made Zach come out and take pictures with me. I like making shadows because you can make them look goofy. I dislike the picture because of all the junk in the background.

Abandoned

I like how the blues in this picture pop out. This is a picture of a metal chair that is
sitting out in the middle of the woods. I also like how there is one focus point in
this photo.

Old Door
I really like how there are so many colors in this picture.  I should
have focussed more on the door.

Old Wood
I like how many reds are in the photo and also how it starts
to fade out. While the picture is fading out I like how it
turns to the wood being grey.

Pealing Paint
I turned this picture to black and white because it looked
better. Turning it black and white helped pop out where the
paint is pealing.
